-Iron pins are heavier than zinc alloy pins.Zinc Alloy has better oxidation resistance than iron, which means zinc alloy is not
easy to rust.
But zinc alloy material is more expensive than iron mold
We will recommend suitable materials for you according to your design.

2. May I know the sizes available to custom print them? What is the popular size?
-If it is a customized pin, the size is determined by you.

3. What is the MOQ for each design?
-Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per design

4. Will you provide sample?
-We will provide you with artwork before production.
Start production after your artwork is confirmed
We can also make a sample list for you first.
The cost of the sample list is the mold fee +10 USD for each design sample fee.

5. Are you able to provide me with an example of the price breakdown so I can know the price range and what it includes
-Sorry, this cannot be accurately calculated.
I can tell you the factors that affect the price:
Material: zinc alloy or iron
Craft: hard enamel or soft enamel or other special craft
Color plating: Gold plating/silver plating/nickel plating/black nickel plating/Rose Gold plating/.....
Size: 1 inch/2 inch/.....
Color: How many colors are there in the design + whether glitter is needed + whether luminous + whether back stamp or laser is
needed + whether special color filling method is needed +.....
Accessories: rubber clutch/Butterfly clutch/magnet bar/circular magnet/......
Quantity: 50/100/200/500/1000/......
These are all factors that affect the price, so there may be no way to provide you with a clear price details.

6. Will you be able to put brand name on the back of the pins? How much it cost?
-Sure
Back stamp and back laser different from prices
It also depends on the complexity of your name.
If it is a stamp on the back: generally, a mold fee of $10 is required (the mold fee only needs to be paid once, and the next
order does not need to be paid)
If it is the back Laser: the unit price of the pin needs to be increased by an additional $0.04

7. What is your processing time? And shipment duration to singapore?
-our general pin production time is about 18-20 days after the artwork is confirmed
The transportation time is about 7-10 days.

8. Did you have a copyright letter to promise that you will not be using my design without permission or do minor changes to reprint my designs?
-it's very impoartant. First of all, we want to solemnly promise that all customized pins designs in our company are protected ,
we will not sell your designs. All of your custom designs are safety with us and we can sign a confidentiality agreement.
You can provide the confidentiality agreement you drafted, and we will sign and seal it for you.

9. For best result, should colour with CMYK or RGB?
-We have CMYK
