- We provide artwork before production. We can also create a sample list for you first. The cost includes the mold fee plus each design sample fee.
- What is your processing time and shipment duration to Singapore?
- General pin production time is about 18-20 days after artwork is confirmed. Transportation time is about 7-10 days.
- Do you have a copyright letter to promise that you will not use my design without permission?
- We solemnly promise that all customized pin designs are protected and we will not sell them. We can sign a confidentiality agreement, including one you draft.
- What information do I need to know before designing and placing orders?
- We provide free artwork within 24 hours after order confirmation. If you want to check artwork before ordering, there is a $10 fee per design, which is deducted after the order.
- For best results, should colors be CMYK or RGB?
- We use CMYK and Pantone color numbers for color filling. We can provide CMYK if needed.
