The cost of the sample list is the mold fee + each design sample fee.

2. What is your processing time? And shipment duration to singapore?

-our general pin production time is about 18-20 days after the artwork

is confirmed The transportation time is about 7-10 days.

3. Did you have a copyright letter to promise that you will not be
using my design without permission or do minor changes to reprint my designs?

-it's very impoartant. First of all, we want to solemnly promise that all customized

pins designs in our company are protected , we will not sell your designs. All of

your custom designs are safety with us and we can sign a confidentiality

agreement.You can provide the confidentiality agreement you drafted,

and we will sign and seal it for you.

4. Are there any other information l need to know about before

I start designing and placing my orders? -About artworks:

After you make the order, we will provide you with artwork free of charge

within 24 hours (excluding legal holidays), and can modify it according to your

requirements when the craft is feasible, we will start production until you confirm

the artwork.lf you want to check the artwork before making the order, you need

to pay 10 dollars for each design, which will be deducted after you make the order.
